Picasso Hair Gallery provides an itemized paid receipt. The customer submits the receipt directly to their insurance company. Picasso Hair Gallery does not bill insurance or submit claims for customers.

Our raw-hair standard: Uncolored raw selections are not acid-bathed, silicone-coated or chemically texture-altered. Professionally prepared color selections have been colored or lightened and are no longer chemically unprocessed. Performance and longevity vary with installation, coloring, heat use, products and daily care.
The Picasso standard
Every bundle must pass inspection.
Each bundle is individually handled before it is approved for sale. We review the weft, texture consistency, natural luster, density from top to ends, length labeling and overall condition. A bundle that does not meet the Picasso standard is not packed for a customer order.

Read the five steps
Remove the hair bundle before wearing.
Open the bag and loosen the gathered closure.
Pull the black satin through the opening until the bag is fully inside out.
Place the black satin dome over your hair, with the gathered edge around your head.
Adjust the built-in tie comfortably at the nape. Do not overtighten.

Detangle first
Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Start at the ends and work upward while supporting the weft.

Wash gently
Use lukewarm water and a sulfate-free shampoo. Work downward without rubbing, twisting or bunching.

Condition deeply
Apply a moisturizing conditioner from mid-lengths through the ends, then rinse thoroughly.

Air dry
Blot with a towel and let the bundle air dry. Do not brush roughly or sleep on wet hair.

Protect from heat
Use heat protectant and low-to-medium heat. Excessive heat can dry out raw hair.

Protect at night
Use a satin bonnet or pillowcase. Loosely braid longer bundles before sleeping.
